The Peter-Gibbons-Bursary-Fund was established in 2020 in honour of Peter Gibbons. Peter Gibbons was a driving force behind BISYOC.
The PGBF is a social scholarship that provides financial support to participants who would otherwise not be able to attend the course. The funds are based on the generous contributions of individuals, groups, and organizations. All the bursaries awarded are based on the motivation, community service, and financial need of participants.
Eligibility criteria
Candidates should submit a motivation letter summarizing their interest , experience with music and their financial need, as well as a recommendation letter and they must also become member of BISYOC.

Personal Funding
We encourage every participant to look for funding opportunities themselves. There are many opportunities for young people going abroad, for example your home city might give you a travel fund for going abroad. We cannot provide you with all there is, but we advise everyone to take 15 minutes on the search engine of your choice and look for more funding opportunities.
